Are you interested in playing for EUAFC? Are you are a talented footballer looking to develop/maximise your playing ability alongside your pursuit of an excellent education?

Formed and established in 1878, EUAFC is the third oldest club in East of Scotland football and have been a member of the Scottish Football Association (SFA) since that year. In addition to Wednesday (BUCS) university fixtures, our First team squad competes in the semi-professional East of Scotland First Division, which constitutes the seventh tier of the Scottish pyramid.

EUAFC rewards all its members with a fantastic experience in one of Edinburgh University’s most high profile clubs, whilst looking for a strong commitment from all its players in return. If you join us you will benefit from the guidance of highly qualified coaches and an exciting social scene to supplement your enjoyment and development on the field of play. The club also offers further responsibilities with the opportunity to stand for positions on the Players Committee.

We also have four other teams playing at different, levels on Wednesdays, and either Fridays or Saturdays respectively. All our teams train at the exceptional Peffermill training facility in Edinburgh – which boasts the largest 3G in Scotland, as well as numerous high quality grass pitches.

The club train on Monday and Thursday nights at Peffermill, with university-wide open trials taking place in both September and January.
